Limited Warranty Policy, Registration and Claim Submission

Upon return, we will provide a single replacement for any warranted Cliphanger product that breaks or exhibits signs of failure within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to negligence. Replacements will be for like product and color only.

The warranty period for Cliphanger Pivit Pro™,
Pivit™ and S2™ is three years from date of purchase. The warranty period for Cliphanger Bumper™, Pro Case™, Prozkin™ and Skin™ is six months from date of purchase. Cliphanger XP Cases have a one year warranty. Stick™, Pic™ and Light™ do not have a warranty.

A shipping and handling fee is charged on all claims made after 30 days from the original purchase date. A fee of $2 is charged on claims for Pivit Pro™, Pivit™ and S2™. $4 for cases and Skins. The fee is per claim regardless of the number of items claimed. The Warranty Coupon Number included with the product at purchase is required for each item claimed.

To receive a replacement for a broken part(s), click the “Enter Claim” button below and complete the warranty claim process. To complete the claim process, the broken part(s) must be returned by mail. DO NOT make a claim for items purchased within the last 30 days. See Return/Exchange Policy below for problems with items purchased in the last 30 days.

Products purchased at can be returned for refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Click here to contact Customer Service for help with a refund or exchange.

For products purchased at any other location, customer will need to contact the vendor from which the product was purchased to obtain a refund or exchange.
